Founded in 1999 by Justin Dunne, Dowdstown Developments is a housing developer with schemes across Kildare, Wicklow and Meath.
From the moment you enter a Dowdstown Development’s home, you enter a premium space where highly skilled professionals have created an environment that is visually exciting yet practical to use.
Our initial client’s were families seeking a quality partner to create the home of their dreams. These projects included some landmark homes designed by Ireland’s leading architects of the time.
Our first large scale residential development was Glen Easton in Leixlip, Co Kildare which remains an exclusive and sought after residential development.
In designing residential developments, we place a great emphasis on creating harmonious locations where residents have maximum privacy yet can enjoy open spaces that are specifically created for communal enjoyment and social interaction.
All of our residential developments are presented as understated, contemporary design, with clean lines and quality materials that work in harmony with their location.
